RG59B/U coaxial cable + 2 Core power, is a perfect choice for CCTV installations and custom made CCTV cables, as it can be cut to exact lengths, then terminated with BNC & Power connectors.Our RG59B/U + 2 Core power provides a high quality coaxial cable for CCTV Video signals, with the added benefit of a 2 core power cable, allowing one cable to support both video and power. With its durable dense braid, RG59B/U coaxial cable is capable of longer installation lengths, while reducing EMI (Electro Magnetic) and RFI (Radio Frequency) interference.
The coaxial cable and the power cable can be separated to allow for individual routing.
Inner Conductor:
This is the conductor or wire in the centre of the coaxial cable.RG59B/U has a Copper clad steel central conductor that is 0.58mm in diameter.
Insulating Dielectric:
This is a solid translucent Polyethylene SPE insulator, separating the central conductor from the screening or shielding,SPE in the RG59B/U Coaxial Cable as it is robust and reliable.
Screen or Shield:
A single dense braid is used to screen or shield our RG59 Coaxial Cable, this protects the signals from EMI (Electro-Magnetic) and RFI (Radio Frequency) interference. The braid is made from copper clad aluminium.
Power:
The integrated power cable is made from PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) insulated copper wires of 0.5mm2, coloured Red & Black
Outer Jacket or Sheath:
RG59B/U Coaxial Cable + 2 Core Power uses a thermo-plastic PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) outer jacket or sheath, this adds protection to the cable and allows the cable to be flexible.
By using an SPE (Solid Polyethylene) insulating dielectric and the PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) outer jacket, a maximum bending radius of 10 x Diameter can be achieved, almost eliminating kinks in the cable.
