Product Description

RISINGSUN Fiber optic cable ADSS, use none metallic construction, 2-48 fibers are positioned into a losse tube, tube filled with water-resistance filling compound, then tubes and fillers are strand around a central strenghth member (FRP), then filled with filling compound to protect it from water ingress. And after all, the cable is completed with a PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.


Features
 1. Non-metal structure, good insulation, anti-thunder, can be installed with power lines & multi-thunder area;
 2. Dedicated design satisfy different spans requirements, the largest span more than 1000mts;
 3. Light weight and small diameter reducing the load caused by ice and wind and the load on the tower and backstops;
 4. Excellent performance of tensile strength and can be work in bad climate environment, long life up to 30 years;
 5. Operating Temperature: -40~+60 centi-degree
Application
The actual status of overhead power lines is taken into full consideration when ADSS cable is being designed. For overhead power lines under 110kV, PE outer sheath is applied. For power lines equal to or over 110kV, AT outer sheath is applied. The dedicate design of aramid quantity and stranding process can satisfy the demand on various spans.
